Broham Forecourt Developments Ltd were appointed as the Principal Contractor by the Brookfield group to develop a new to industry Costa drive thru in Selby, Yorkshire.
The site is located adjacent to a Morrisons petrol filling station and shares access with a Lidl Supermarket which required careful planning to ensure no disruption was caused to adjacent businesses.
Works included but were not limited too site clearance, Installation of services and drainage, Construction of building, drive through and customer parking bays along with associated fencing and landscaping.
The project was completed on time and in budget in 18 weeks and without delay accident and incident free.
