Broham Forecourts were the Principal Contractor for this project which comprised of the decommission and demolition of the existing petrol filling station and construction of a new fully automated 8 pump filling station with 2no. 75,000 litres below ground fuel storage tanks, car wash and jet wash facility.
The site is located on Craven Way, sharing access with the ASDA Superstore. Through careful planning and management, full access was maintained to the store throughout construction.
The drainage system included the install of a 60m3 below ground surface water attenuation tank and flow control valve.
