Broham Forecourt Developments were appointed as the Principal Contractor by ASDA to provide a cost-effective solution to a problem caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
This consisted of installing temporary modular units within the existing car park of International Procurement & Logistics (IPL) Normanton for employees to store belongings during shifts. The project involved all associated civils and groundworks.
The modular units were sited upon a reinforced concrete ring beam and pads to provide a structurally sound and level base for the units. The IPL facility was fully operational during the construction phase.
