The project was to decommission and demolish the existing petrol filling station and construct a new operational 3 pump filling station with 2no. 60,000 litre fuel storage tanks and shop including the Simply Food M&S offer.
Careful demolition by our trained operatives was required to ensure no damage or disruption was caused as the existing car wash structure was adjoining the neighbouring property.
Due to the location of the site being in close proximity to residential properties, it was vital that we maintained excellent relations with the local community. This included adequate control measures being in place for dust and noise generated. Consideration for working hours and local access roads kept clean and unobstructed
Our senior contracts manager was in regular contact with homeowners throughout the construction providing updates as the job progressed. This job was successfully completed to the client specification and programme with minimal disruption to local and neighbouring properties.
