Our People

Dan Athol is Broham’s Managing Director and is instrumental in establishing and providing a strategic overview of every contract, which we undertake.

Dan is supported by our Senior Contracts Manager, Steve Jennings, who oversees every site and maintains contact with every Contract and Site Manager on a daily basis.

Our senior team contribute to the initial planning and subsequent delivery of every contract.


Managing Director

Dan has been employed in the construction industry since 1988. During this time, he has worked for both contractors and clients. He joined Broham in August 2020 to take on the role of Managing Director.

He has held a variety of senior positions both in the UK and overseas, leading multi asset complex projects within a regulated multi-stakeholder environment.


Kevin has been employed in the construction industry since leaving school in 1981. He became a Director in 1987 and in 2004; Kevin took on the position of Managing Director of Broham, which he held until March 2020.

Kevin has over 35 years experience in managing technically demanding projects, in a highly regulated sector, with a range of major clients.

Steve Jennings

Senior Contracts Manager

Steve Jennings has worked for Broham since 2004. As Contracts Manager, he is responsible for the safe and effective day-to-day running of all aspects of the construction projects.

Prior to joining Broham, Steve held Senior Site Manager roles with Bellwinch, Moody Homes, Bryant Group and Admiral Homes.

John Bibby BSc MCIOB

General Manager

Jon has worked for Broham since 2011 and is currently the General Manager. He is responsible for mobilising and providing day-to-day support of the construction projects.

Jon is also responsible for communicating with the various external parties to ensure Health & Safety compliance. This involves the initial review of risk assessments and method statements, and other Health and Safety related documentation as part of mobilisation.

Jon has a degree in Construction Management. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds qualifications with: National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH), Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) and Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).

Helen Bartholomew

Quantity Surveyor

Helen has worked for Broham since 2013. As Quantity Surveyor, Helen is responsible for the financial control of the projects.


Health & Safety Manager

Val is responsible for advising on all Health and Safety matters such as accreditation, training, meetings, and inspections.
