Mark began his career in construction as a labourer working on house extensions whilst studying for City & Guilds in Brickwork. Several years later after moving into civil engineering & pipework, Mark formed his first company employing a small team – he continued working on site laying pipes on water and sewage treatment plants. Over the past 25 years he has formed and continues to lead numerous successful companies within the construction industry. Mark has a passion and track record for delivering some of the highest quality projects across the UK.
Kevin began his career at Broham Forecourts Developments in 1991. Kevin is well respected within the petroleum industry and holds and maintains charted membership with the chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB). During the last 30 plus years Kevin has acquired some of the best skills, knowledge, training and experience in the industry. Kevin has been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the United Kingdom.
Samantha has been working in the financial side of the construction industry for over 25 years as a financial director for numerous organisations involved in the construction industry. Samantha has headed payrolls for organisations with vast employees and sub-contractors and has a track record of leading finance teams to success. Her passion isn’t limited to just the finances and additionally assists HR Departments too. Samantha’s knowledge, experience and skills are invaluable to the team.
Keith has worked in the petroleum industry for over 40 years and has worked for a number of well respected Principal Contractors in the industry and is well respected within the industry. Along with a decorated career in the armed forces. During the last 40 plus years, Keith has been involved in some of the most prestigious projects in the United Kingdom. Including building the Countries biggest Hydrogen plant. Keith has a passion for working on and delivering the best projects in the UK and satisfying clients with high quality work. Both Steve and Keith manage a number of site teams.
Steve has worked for Broham for over 20 years and has been involved as contracts manager on many of the previous projects listed in this company profile. Steve has a passion for delivering the highest of quality projects on time for our clients and has built and maintained a good relationship with our current and existing clients and is well trusted within the industry. Which included receiving an award for excellence for BP. Not only is Steve well respected by our clients Steve is well respected by the Broham team and site managers. Both Steve and Keith manage a number of site teams.
Alan joined the team in 2021 and has a background in CDM Consultancy and has worked with over 70 different construction organisations implementing there management systems. Since Alan arrived he has implemented an updated management system and undertakes regular inspections of sites working closely with the whole team to ensure that minimum legal compliance is achieved and best practice is adopted wherever possible.
Alan sits on the executive committee of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH) East Anglia Branch having recently served a term on the IOSH Council for which he was elected by his peers.
